Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney

A Power of Attorney – often called a “living Will” – is something every adult should have in place. This document allows, with your consent, an Attorney to look after your property and financial affairs in the event that you are unable to – perhaps whilst you are travelling, or in hospital for a short period of time.

Unfortunately none of us have a “crystal ball” whereby we can see into the future. At a time where loved ones are distressed after an accident or sudden illness, an Enduring Power of Attorney can take away that stress and anxiety of “what would the donor have wanted”, because the donor has already put this document into place to allow the Attorney to deal with the health and medical issues which may arise.
